Whiplash: Slash and Burn is a short, promotional game for the then upcoming movie Iron Man 2 and it's Littleloud Studios' second promotional game for the film, following Iron Man 2: Upgraded. Players control the villain Ivan Vanko (Whiplash) standing on a car race track where Tony Stark (Iron Man) participates. Played from a fixed perspective with no ability to move, Whiplash has 90 seconds to take out Stark's car when he passes by in one of the many laps. The track is filled with different cars and they can be taken out by lashing them with an electrical whip, left of right, controlled through the cursor keys. Destroyed cars provide points and build up a meter that can unleash a power surge. For each destroyed car, the speed they move with is increased. Stark's position can be tracked through a mini-map. The main goal is to destroy Stark's car and as soon that is done the game is over. There is a short, cinematic introduction to the game. A local scoreboard is also provided.
