It's basically a printing package (with the ability for parents to password-protect and/or limit printouts, or print only outlines), that allow you to create stationery stuff like calendars, certificates letterhead, postcards; party stuff like birthday cards, banners, invitations, place mats, party hats; paper toys like puppets, trading cards, masks, mobiles, pinwheels or airplanes; "useful" stuff like bookmarks, doorknob hangers, lists, name tags or picture holders; and print out custom-made coloring pages.

There's also the ability to create mad-lib type stories that can be read to the child on-computer and that they can color. There's a free-form in-game coloring area and a Putt-o-Matic where you can alter Putt's appearance too. [source:mobygames]
